AN ORDINANCE AMENDIPdG ORDINANCE N0. 39, REVISED ORDINALdCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION
OF A NEWT SUBPARAGRAPH TO SUBSECTION (b)3 OF SECTIOPd 17-8,
NO PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b)3 of Section 17-8 of Ordinance
DIO. 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of IIawaii 1967, as
amended, is amended to include the addition of. the following
paragraph:
"cr) On the Hamakua side of Waianuenue Avenue
beginning at a point 103 feet mauka of Ululani Street
and extending in the mauka direction for a distance
of 393 feet."
SECTION 7_. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE 11MENDING ORDINANCE NO. 39, REVISED ORDINANCES
OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION
OF A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH TO SUBSECTION (b)3 OF SECTION 17-8,
NO PARKING ZONES.
This Bill proposes to amend Section 1, Subsection (b)3
of Section 17-8 of Ordinance No. 39, Revised Ordinances of
the County of Hawaii 1967, as amended, by creating a no
parking zone on the Hamakua side of 4+Iaianuenue Avenue.
Date Introduced: April 4, 1973
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
