ORDINANCE NO. S'7`.'~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 475, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO THE CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
1972, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 475, as amended, relating to
the Capital Budget £or the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1972,
and ending June 30, 1973, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
"C. HAWAII POLICE DEPARTMENT
4. Improvement of Test Site for
Driver Licensing $8000.00
SECTION 2. Funds shall be provided from available cash
or from sale of general obligation bonds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

Effective Date: May 10, 1973

This Bill amends Ordinance No. 475, as amended, by adding
