ORDINANCE NO.J~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)3, NO PARKING ZONES, OF
ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIIE COUL7TY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Subsection (b)3 of Section 17-8 of Ordinance
No. 39, Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 1967, as
amended, is amended by the addition of the following:
"cs) On the mauka side of Kinoole Street from
wailoa Street and extending in the Hamakua direction
for 167 feet.
"ct) On the Puna side of Kaumana Drive from
Ainako Avenue to Waianuenue Avenue between 7:00 a.m.
and 8:00 a.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and public
holidays.
"cu) On the Puna side of Waianuenue Avenue from
Kaumana Drive to Punawai Street between 7:00 a.m. and
8:00 a.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays."'
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8(b)3, NO PARKING ZONES, OF
ORDINANCE N0. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends the Traffic Code by establishing no parking
on (1) mauka side of Kinoole Street starting from Wailoa Street
and extending in the Hamakua direction for 167 feet; (2) Puna
side of Kaumana Drive from Ainako Avenue to Waianuenue Avenue;
(3) Puna side of Waianuenue Avenue from Kaumana Drive to Punawai
Street.
Date Introduced: May 2, 1973
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first
reading at the meeting of the County Council on May 2, 1973,
