ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8, NO PARKING ZONES,
ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
SECTION 1. Section 17-8(b)3 of Ordinance No. 39,
Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii, as amended, is
hereby amended by the addition of the following two items:
"cy) On the Puna side of Kanoa Street between
Puueo Street and the Bayfront Highway.
"cz) On the makai side of Kinoole Street
beginning from Kukuau Street and extending
65 feet in the Hamakua direction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17-8, NO PARKING ZONES,
ORDINANCE NO. 39 (TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED OKDINANCES OF
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends the Traffic Code by establishing no parking
on Kanoa and Kinoole Streets.
