Home My WebLink AboutORD 1973-600BILL N0. 1005 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. 6OO AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION x.03, THE SOUTH KONA ZONE MAP, ORDINANCE N0. 63 (.ZONING ORDINANCE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 196'7, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL (A-5a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-la) AT HONAUNAU, SOUTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 8-4-07: PORTIONS OF g & 10. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.03 of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance) Revised Ordinances of the County of Hawaii 196'], as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "~.03(m). The district classification of the following area situated.. at Honaunau, South Kona, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural (A-la): Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "LAE 0 KANONI" being 1,063.1 feet South and 10,508.81 feet East and thence running by aximuths measured clockwise from true South: Along the easterly side of the Lower Government Main Road for the following four (4) courses: 1. 1~5° 00' 30.00 feet; 2. 150° 00' X3.84 feet; 3. 134° 00' 50.93 feet; 4. 121° 23' 100.60 feet, thence; 5• 252° 00' 365.20 feet along Lot 7-A-1 and Lot ']; 6. 1° 49' 40" 298.75 feet along remainders of Lot 6 and Lot 5; 7• 91° 21' 1'75.80 feet along Lot 4-A to the point of beginning and containing an area of 1.42 Acres " All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof." SECTION 2. Section 1 of this ordinance shall take effect forthwith upon the condition that the petitioner be responsible for submitting and securing tentative approval of the proposed subdivision within one year from the date of approval of the change of zone. Also to be submitted with the subject subdivision is the consolidation of the remainder of the parcels with Parcels 5 and 6. Should this condition not be met, rezoning of the properties shall be considered. SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared inva- lid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
