ORDINANCE NO. ~p~~`.'
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5 (c) OF ORDINANCE NO. 39
(TRAFFIC CODE), REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, AS AMENDED.
SECTION 1. Section 10-5(c) is amended by adding the
following new item thereto:
"30. Kupulau Road"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-5(c) OF ORDINANCE NO, 39
(TRAFFIC CODE)! REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
1967, AS AMENDED,
This Bill amends the Traffic Code by establishing a 35 mph
speed limit on Kupulau Road, £rom the point intersecting West
Kawailani Street to the point intersecting Haihai Street.
Date Introduced: July 18, 1973
