Home My WebLink AboutORD 1973-610f BILL NO. 1014 (REVISED) COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~~~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.18, THE PUNA DISTRICT ZONE MAP, ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGIPdG THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM OPEN (O) TO SIPdGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-15) AT KANIAHIKU VILLAGE, KANIAHIKU, PUNA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 1-4-34. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.18 of Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code), Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: `7.18(e). The district classification of the following area situated at Kaniahiku Village, Kaniahiku, Puna, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-15): Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land on the northerly boundary of L. C. Aw. 8559-B, Ap, 15 to William C, Lunalilo, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station 'HONUAULA' being 1517.30 feet Cdorth and 12836.35 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: 1. 182° 31' 231.65 feet along the remainder of Executive Order 1666; 2. 92° 31' 341.27 feet along same; 3. 182° 31' 584.00 feet along same; 4. 272° 31' 180.00 feet along same; 5. 182° 31' 242.00 feet along same; 6. 272° 31' 861.60 feet along same; 7. 2° 31' 776.00 feet along same; 8. 92° 31' 79.04 feet along same; 9. 2° 31' 309.14 feet along same to the northerly boundary of L. C. Aw. 8559-B, Ap. 15 to Wil liam C. Lunalilo; 10. 95° 03' 621.90 feet along the northerly boundary at L. C. Aw. 8559-B, Ap. 15 to William C. Lunalilo to the point of beginning and containing a net area of 21.160 acres after excluding and deducting the following area: Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel, the northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 3, Kaniahiku Village site, and on the south side of Pualaa Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station 'HONUAULA' being 2,281.39 feet Dlorth and 12,784.03 feet West, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: 1. 272° 31' 180.00 feet along the south side of Pualaa Road; 2. 2° 31' 242.00 feet along Lots 1 and 2, B1ocY. 3, Yaniahiku Village site; 3. 92° 31' 180.00 feet along Lot 5, Block 3, Kaniahiku Village site; 4. 182° 31' 242.00 feet along Lot 6, Block 3, Kaniahiku Village site, to the point of beginning and containing an area of 1.00 acre. All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit 'A' and by reference made a part hereof." SF_,CTION 2.. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
