ORDINANCE NO.F~? ,~;
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION D (MINIMUM BUILDING SITE AREA
AND DISTRICT DESIGNATION) OF SECTION 13 REGULATIONS FOR A,
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS), OF ORD. N0. 63 ZONING ORDINANCE),
REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII 1967, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Paragraph (2) of Subsection D is amended to
read as follows:
"2) The minimum area to be designated for any
A district shall be one (1)acre (-la) and other districts
having larger areas may be designated in increments of
one (1) acre up to a recommended maximum of ~orty (40)
acres] ten thousand (10,000) acres."
Section 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing the ordinance, the brackets,
the bracketed material or the underscoring need not be included.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill proposes to amend Subsection D (Minimum Bui).ding
Site Area and District Designation) of Section 13 (Regulations for
A, Agricultural Districts), of Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordi.nance),
changing the recommended maximum from forty (40) to ten thousand
(1.0,000) acres.
