AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 606 (1973), RELATING
TO "IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 15 - WILDER ROAD IMPROVEMENT,"
KAUMANA, COUNTY OF HAWAII, WITH RESPECT TO THE RATE OF
INTEREST PAYABLE ON THE UNPAID PRINCIPAL BALANCE OF ASSESS-
MENTS PAID IN INSTALLMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
S1;CTION 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 606, adopted on
August 29, 1973, and relating to "Improvement District No. 15 - Wilder
Road Improvement," Kaumana, County of Hawaii, is amended by deleting
therefrom the words "together with interest on the unpaid balance of
principal at the rate of eight percent (£3f) per annum" and substituting
therefor the following words, to wit:
"together with interest on the unpaid
balance of principal at the rate of
interest payable on the bonds issued
and sold to pay the cost of said
improvements, not to exceed eight percent
(8y) per annum".
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill amends ordinance No. 606 (1973), relating to
"Improvement District= No. 15 - Wilder Road Improvement," Kaumana,
with respect t.o the rate of interest payable on the unpaid
princ_i.oal balance of assessments paid. in installments.

Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are nn file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
