An ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE AND CHANGING THE HOURS OF ONE-WAY STREETS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Schedule 9 of Chapter 6, Article 16, Section 1, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following item: "On the Waimea side of Pakalana Street fronting the covered walkway at Honokaa Elementary School in Hamakua." SECTION 2. Schedule 4 of Chapter 6, Article 10, Section 1, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows: A. By changing the fourth and fifth lines of item 11 to read as follows: "of 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on school days." B. By changing the fourth and fifth lines of item 12 to read as follows: " hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on school days." C. By changing the fourth and fifth lines of item 20 to read as follows: "Kamani Street between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m, to 2:30 p.m. during regular school days of" SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
