AN ORDINANCE AMEND:CNG SECTION 4 OF ARTICLE I (CEMETERIES) CHAPTER 4
(BUSINESS REGULATIONS), THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'CHE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. SECTION 4 (Other Requirements) is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"No cemetery shall be located on land which is not owned
in fee simple. The section of a proposed location which is
set aside for interment shall be free of any financial en-
cumbrance. A:Eter the approval of a proposed location, it
shall be unlawful to encumber any section there at which is
