AN ORDINANCE TO AME]vD CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE
AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T:HE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 8, Article 27, is hereby amended by adding
thereto Section I:
"I. Minimum Building Site Area. The minimum building
site area requirement may be waived by the Director for
public utility and/or public rights-of-way subdivisions
and their remnant parcels."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon it approval.
