ORDINANCE NO. ~__
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 18 OF CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE),
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF
A NEW SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Article 18, Chapter 5 (Traffic Code), Hawaii
County Code, is hereby amended by the adoption of a new section
that reads as follows:
"SF.C. 47. USE OF FOG OR PARKING LAD4PS PROHIBITED
When the fog or parking lamps of any vehicle are
providing the only source of illumination for visibility,
said lamps shall not be used or illuminated whiles the
vehicle is moving or travelling upon a highway within
this County.`
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
