AN ORDINANCE AMENDItSG ORDINANCE N0. 46 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE- MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF OF THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1974, TO JUNE 30, 1975. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1974, to June 30, 1975, is hereby amended by increasing the amount of General Obligation Bonds in the Capital Projects Fund by $1,769,500 from $7,300,00 to $9,069,500 and increasing total resources from $9,500,000 to $11,269,500. SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 46 is amended by adding the following projec-ts and amounts from Ordinance No. 409 and Ordinance No. 475, which were lapsed: A.
