AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 46, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1974,
TO JUNE 00, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public
improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1,
1974, to June 30, 1975, is hereby amended by increasing the
amount of General Obligation Bonds in the Capital Projects Fund
by $420,000 and increasing total resources accordingly.
Section 2. S'~ection 2 of Ordinance No. 46 is amended by
adding the following projects and appropriations:
a. Palzini Road - increase appropriation by $220,000.
b. Kua Bay Beach Park - increase appropriation by
$20C1, 000.
c. North Kohala Civic Center - Delete project entitled
"North Kohala Recreational Facilities Improvement"
under the Department of Parks and Recreation and
transfer $50,000 to project under Department of
Public Works entitled "North Kohala Civic Center."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill amends Ordinance No. 46 relating to Public Improvements
and Financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1974 to June 30,
1975.
