ORDINANCE NO. ~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 586, THE CAPITAL BUDGET
ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1973, AND ENDING
JUNE 30, 1974.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 586, the Capital
Budget Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1973, and
ending June 30, 1974, is hereby amended by increasing the amount
of previously authorized general obligation bonds in the Capital
Projects Fund by $23,000, and adjusting totals accordingly.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 586 is amended by
increasing the appropriation for C-33903, Keaau Loop Safety
Walkway, in the amount of $10,000, creating a new project
entitled "Kurtistown Old Volcano Road Drainage Improvement"
and appropriating $13,000 to this project, and increasing totals
accordingly.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
