ORDINANCE N0. ~~~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 586, AS ANENDED, RELATING TO THE
CAPITAL BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1, 1973, TO JUNE 30, 1974.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII.
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 586, as amended, relating to the Capital
Budget for the period from July 1, 1973, to June 30, 1974, is hereby
amended by adding the following project:
Department of Public Works:
Roads:
Kihalani Homestead Road $ 23,750.79
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from unexpended
balance of $23,750.79 under Ordinance No. 359, "Laupahoehoe Point Beach
Park Natural Swimming Pool and Small Boat Harbor Plans and Survey"
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

This Bill amends Ordinance 586, the Capital Budget, by adding
the following project: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS - Kihalani
Homestead Road - $23,750.79.
