ORDINANCE ~NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 586, THE CAPITAL BUDGET ORDINANCE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1973, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1974.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 586, the Capital Budget
Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1973, and ending
June 30, 1974, is hereby amended by increasing the amount of
previously authorized general obligation bonds in the Capital
Project Fund by $40,000 and adjusting totals accordingly.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 586 is amended by
creating a new project as follows:
B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
Ka Lae Park $40,000
(Restoring Lapsed Funds)
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Bill amends Ordinance 586, the Capital Budget, by creating a
new project as follows: B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, Ka Lae
Park (Restoring Lapsed Funds) - 540,000.
