ORDINANCE NO,
AMENDED.
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE), HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, AS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 8, article 27, is hereby amended by adding
thereto Section J:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE,

This Bill amends Chapter 8 (Zoning Code), Hawaii County Code, as
amended, relating to variances for consolidation and resubdivision
action.
Date Introduced: January 22, 1975
