BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 7.29 of Chapter 8 (Zoning Code), Article 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following subsection: "7.29(ee ). The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-15): Beginning at the Northwest corner of this parcel of land on the easterly side of Komohana Street, the coordinates of which referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALM" being 13,551,22 feet South and 2,508.04 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: 1. 265° 40' 2. 175° 40' 3. 265° 40' 4. 355° 40' 5. 57° 31' 217.00 feet along Lot 16, Block 1, Waiakea Houselots, Fourth Series; 565.00 feet along Block 1 and Block 2, Waiakea Houselots, Fourth Series; 330.00 feet along the remainder of the Government Land; 620.00 feet along the remainder of the Government Land; 620.28 feet along the remainder of the Government Land; 6. 175° 40' 347.68 feet along the easterly side of Komohana Street to the point of beginning and containing an area of 6.809 Acres. "All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit 'A' and by reference made a part hereof." SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
