BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1974, to June 30, 1975, is hereby amended by increasing the amount of Current Revenues in the Capital Projects Fund by $93,837. This amount shall be appropriated from the Fund Balance account of the Bond Fund. SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 46 is amended by adding the following project: DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS Roads: Mauna Kea Access Road $93,837 SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
