Home My WebLink AboutORD 1975-101Bill No. 106 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. ~'~~- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 46 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1974, TO JUNE 30, 1975. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1974, to June 30, 1975, is hereby amended by increasing the amount of General Obligation Bonds in the Capital Projects Fund by $415,000. SECTION 2, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 46 is amended by increasing the amount appropriated for the Kona Swimming Pool by $415,000 from $300,000 to $715,000. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
