ORDINANCE NO. ~ "v~3` t
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 5 (SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS
AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 3 of Chapter 6, Article 8, Section 5,
Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by
amending item No. 7 thereof, in the subsection for 45 mph, to
read as follows:
"7. Saddle Road, from a point one-half (1/2)
mile mauka of the Country Club junction to the
Mamalahoa Highway in South Kohala."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

Date of Adoption: April 9, 1975
Effective Date: April 14, 1975
