Home My WebLink AboutORD 1975-104BILL NO. 111 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. ~`~-' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15, SECTION 8 (NO-PARKING ZONES), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Schedule 8 of Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 8, Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding new items under the following headings: Under "SOUTH HILO" "82. Puueo Street, makai side, beginning at a point 120 feet Puna of Ohai Street and extending in the Hamakua direction for a distance of 150 feet Hamakua of Ohai Street. "83. Pukihae Street, mauka side, for its entire length. "84. On the Hilo side of the roadway of Anderton Camp Road for its entire length. "85. Kilauea Avenue, makai side, from Kawailani for a distance of 500 feet in the Puna direction." Under "PUNA" "11. Kalapana Beach Road, from the Kapoho-Pahoa- Kaimu intersection for a distance of 240 feet in the Kapoho direction. "12. On the Kalapana side of Kamaili Road from a point 500 feet mauka of the truck runaway ramp to a point 300 feet makai of the truck runaway ramp." SECTION 2. Item 59 under the heading "SOUTH HILO" in Schedule 8 (No-Parking Zones) of Section 8, Article 15, Chapter 6, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is amended by changing item 59 to read: "59. On the mauka side of Ululani Street between Wailuku Drive and Wailoa Street." SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
