ORDINANCE NO. 1~_r~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 46 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1974, TO JUNE 30, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public
improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1,
1974, to June 30, 1975, is hereby amended by increasing the
amount of General Obligation Bonds in the Capital Projects Fund
by $35,000 and increasing total resources accordingly.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 46 is amended by
adding the following project and appropriation:
POLICE DEPARTMENT
Radio Microwave and Mobile Radio Network $35,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 46, RELATING TO PUBLIC

This Bill amends Ord. No. 46, the Capital Budget, by increasing
the amount of General Obligation Bonds in the Capital Projects Fund
by $35,000 and by adding the following project and appropriation:
POLICE DEPARTMENT
Radio Microwave and Mobile Radio Network $35,000
