Home My WebLink AboutORD 1975-114Bill No. 121 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII ORDINANCE N0. __ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Schedule 6 of Chapter 6, Article 10, Section 1, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by amending item no. 17 thereof to read as follows: "17. Likana Lane in Kailua, Kona. All vehicular traffic shall move only in the northernly direction between Al ii Drive and the driveway of the Kona Seaside Hotel." SECTION 2. Schedule 6 of Chapter 6, Article 10, Section 1, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by rescinding item no. 21, referring to one-way traffic for Alii Drive. SECTION 3. Schedule 6 of Chapter 6, Article 10, Section 1, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by the addition of the following new item: "... Sarona Road in Kailua, Kona. All vehicular traffic shall move in the mauka direction between Alii Drive and Kuakini Highway." SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
