AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8 (NO PARKING ZONES), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 8 of Chapter 6, Article 16, Section 8,
Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding new item under the
following headings:
Under "KONA"
Both sides of Kakina Lane, Kailua-Kona."
SECTION 2. Schedule 8 of Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 8,
Hawaii County Code, is amended by the following items under the
below heading:
Under "KONA"
" 1 On the makai side of Alii Drive in Kailua-
Kona, between Kailua Bay Wharf and Hualalai Road."
" 4 On the mauka side of Alii Drive in
Kailua-Kona between Kailua Bay Wharf and Hualalai Road,
except for those marked stalls in the vicinities of
the Mokuaikaua church and the Kona Inn."
" 10 Both sides of Sarona Road in Kailua-Kona."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8 (NO PARKING ZONES), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15, Section 8
(No Parking Zones), Hawaii County Code, as amended, to implement
the revised parking pattern for Kailua Village.
Date Introduced: April 9, 1975

of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
