AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15, SECTION 11 (ABANDONED CARS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 11, Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following: "Where the registered owner(s) of the abandoned vehicle can be located, the registered owner(s) of such vehicle shall be liable for all reasonable expenses incurred by such removal.° SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
