ORDINANCE NO. 1.2~`t
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 46 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1974, TO
JUNE 30, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public
improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1974,
to June 30, 1975, is hereby amended by increasing the amount of
General Obligation Bonds in the Capital Projects Fund by $375,000
and increasing total resources accordingly.
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 46 is amended by
increasing the amount appropriated for the Radio Microwave and
Mobile Radio Network by $375,OOOfrom $35,000 to $410,000.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
