RE: Ordinance to Amend Chapter 2 of the Hawaii County Code to
Allow the Negotiated Disposition of Real Propgrty for Affordable Housing Projects
This is to transmit Bill 349, Draft 2, which was amended at the Council meeting held on November 15,
2000.
Specifically, the amendment added the word "to" to Section 2-120 (a) (1): " • to nonprofit
owmizations to develop affordable housing, or to affordable housing developers
