AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 46 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND
FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1974, TO JUNE 30, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 46, relating to public improvements
and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1974, to June 30, 1975, is
hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Roads:
Improvement to Haunani Road $44,482.00
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be transferred from the
unencumbered and unexpended appropriation balance in C-33910, Road Connection
to New Volcano Road Realignment, which was approved in Ordinance No. 475.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Bill amends Ordinance No. 46, the Capital Budget, for fiscal
year 1974-1975 by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Roads:
Improvement to Haunani Road $44,482.00
Date Introduced: July 9, 1975
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the
Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading at
the meeting of the County Council on July 9, 1975, by the following
aye and no vote:
