P.N ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE, 19,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE INSPECTION
FEE AND COST OF INSPECTION STICKERS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TFIE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 3, Article 19, Chapter 6, Hawaii County
Code is amended by changing the fee of "Three Dollars ($3.00)"
to read "Four Dollars and Twenty-Five Cents ($4.25)."
SECTION 2. Section 4, Article 19, Chapter 6, IIawaii County
Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SF.C 4. COST OF INSPECTION STICKERS
The Police Department shall charge and collect from
each operator of an official inspection station the sum
of twenty cents ($ .20) for each vehicle inspection
sticker denoting the month of expiration and the sum of
twenty cents ($ .20) for each vehicle inspection sticker
denoting the year of expiration."
SECTIODI 3. This ordinance shall take effect on August 1,
1975.

Pursuant to your recommendation of increases in
vehicle inspection fee and cost of inspection stickers,
the proper amendments to Chapter 6, Traffic Code, Article
19, Sections 3 and 4 have been prepared.
Enclosed you will find an Ordinance amending Chapter 6,
(Traffic Code), Article 19, Hawaii County Code, as amended,
by changing the inspection fee and cost of inspection
stickers.

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 19, Hawaii
County Code, as amended, by changing the inspection fee and cost
of inspection stickers.
