AN ORDINANCE AMF.NDITfG ORDINANCE N0. 93, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE RUILDINl; CODE..
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFfE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 93, adopting and amending the Uniform Building
Code, 1973 Edition, is hereby further amended as follows:
1) Section 15, amending Table No. 3-A of the Uniform Building Code,
1973 Edition, as amended, is amended as follows:
"Table 3-A - Building permit Fees.
Total Valuation
Less than $20.00
$20.00 to and including $100.00
More than $100.00 to and including $400.00
More than $400.00 to and including $700.00
More than $700.00 to and including $1,000.00
56.00 far the first $1,000.00 plus $3.00 for
each additional thousand or fraction thereof,
to and including $25,000.00.
$78.0() for the first $25,000.00 plus $2.50 for
each additional thousand or fraction thereof,
to and including 550,000.00.
$140._i0 for the first $50,000.00 plus $2.00 for
each additional thousand or fraction thereof,
to and including $100,000.00.
$240.'i0 for the first $100,000.00 plus $1.50 for
each additional thousand or fraction thereof."

2) Section 15, amending Section 304 (a), (b) and (c), of the Uniform
Bullding Code, 1973 Edition, as amended, is amended to read:
"Section 15-A. Amending Section 304 (a), (b) and (c)."
SECTION 2. Ch:~pter 15 of the Hawaii County Code is hereby repealed and
Ordinance 93 as adopted on February 19, 1975, shall he renumbered as Chapter I5,
accordingly.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE BUILDING CODE.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 93, Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii, as amended, relating to the Building Code and
repealing Chapter 15 of the Hawaii County Code and renumbering
Ordinance 93 Chapter 15.
Date Introduced: July 23, 1975
