AN ORDINANCE. AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 93, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE, COU*!TY OF
HAWAII, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE. BUILDING CODE.
BF IT ORDAINED BY THE COtINCIl. OF THE COIT?Tv OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance T`o. 93, adonting and amending the i'niform Building
Code, 197"t Edition, is hereby further amended by amending Section 134 thereof
to read:
"SFCTIOtd 1.34. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
except for those portions of Section 1711 (b) and (c) and requirements
under column heading 'Access/Egress by the Handicapped by means of
a Ramp and/or Elevator' in Table No. 33-A of the 1.973 F,di.tion of the
Uniform Building Code relating to provisions for the handicapped
which shalt become effective 210 days after the effective date of
this ordinance."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93, REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE BUILDING CODE.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 93, Revised Ordinances of the
County of Hawaii, as amended, relating to the Building Code.
Date Introduced: August 20, 1975
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office
of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
