AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 11 (ABANDONED CARS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS ATtENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII,:
SF,CTION 1. Section 11, Article 15, Chapter 6, (Traffic
Code), Hawaii County Code, is hereby amended by deleting the
words "liable for", as contained in Ordinance No. 119, and by
inserting in its place the words "subject to a $25.00 fine
and•"

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 11 (ABANDONED CARS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15,
Section 11 (Abandoned Cars), Hawaii County Code, as amended, by
providing for additional imposition of a specific fine of $25
to encourage the owner to remove his vehicle.
Date Introduced: August 20, 1975
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office
of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Bill passed first reading
at the meeting of the County Council on August 20, 1975, by the
