SUBJECT: Appropriation Ordinance for the
Community Development Block Grant Program Income
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
an Appropriation Ordinance for its Community Development Block
Grant Program Income to the Hawai'i County Housing Agency (HCHA).
The HCHA reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting of
November 15, 2000, by a vote of _ 7 ayes, 0 nays, and with
2 absent and excused. Accordingly, I am requesting that this
ordinance be included on the Council agenda for action at its
November 29, 2000, meeting.
