BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COiJNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTIODJ 1, Schedule 3 of Chapter 6, Article 8, Section 5
Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by
deleti.na item T;o. 12, in the subsection for 25 TOPE.
SECTION 2. Schedule 3 of Chapter h, Article 8, Suction 5,
fiawaii. County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by
addincr the new item under ro. 78, in this subsection for
35 "sPft, to reac! as follows:
'28. The ililo Bayfront Highway from a point 800 feet
east of the Pauahi Street intersection to J:amehameha
Avenue."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall taY.e effect upon its
approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 8, SECTION 5
(SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 8, Section 5
(Special Speed Limits), Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating to
speed zones for Hilo Bayfront Hiqhway.
