AN ORDIIDTANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS ADD FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1975, TO
JUNE 30, 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 128, Relating to Public
Improvements and F3.nancing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1975,
to June 30, 1976, i.s hereby amended by adding the following projects:
"A. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Roads:
Palani Road Improvement
$150,000
B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
Spencer Park Improvement 220,000"
SECTION 2. The additional projects listed in Section 1 shall
be funded from available sources of funds or from the sale of
general obligation 'bonds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AND FINADdCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1975, TO JUNE 30, 1976.
This Bill amends Ordinance No. 128, the Capital Budget, by adding
the following projects:
"A. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
broads:
Palani Road Improvement $150,000
B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
:>penc_er Park Improvements $220,000"
and authorizes the sale of additional general obligation bonds.
