SUBJECT: Ordinance for an Amendslent to Chapter 11,
Sections 11-4(c)(1) and 11-5(c)(2), of the
Hawaii County Code, to Update the In-Lieu Fees
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
an Ordinance to amend Chapter 11 of the Hawaii County Code, 1983
(1995 edition) to update the In-Lieu amount to the Hawaii County
Housing Agency (HCHA).
The HCHA reviewed and approved the ordinance at its meeting of
November 15, 2000, by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and with
2 absent and excused. Accordingly, I am requesting that this
ordinance be included on the Council agenda for action at its
November 29, 2000, meeting.
