AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 128 RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1975,
TO JU E 30, 1976.
BE ITiORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
',,SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 128, Relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year
July 1, 1975, to :June 30, 1976, is hereby amended 'by adding the
following projects:
'"A. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Roads:
S<sfety Walkways $30,000
"B. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
Keaau Senior Citizen Center 35,000
Development
Kukuihaele Community Center 25,000"
SECTION 2. The additional projects listed in Section 1
shall Abe funded from available sources of funds or from the
sale of general obligation 'bonds.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
