BE III' ORDAINED fiY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Schedule 8 of Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 8, Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding a new i under the "South Hilo" category to read as follows: " _ Hilo Bus Terminal, at Mooheau Park, mauka side between the two driveways and along the Puna and makai side of the terminal." SECTION 2. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 16, 3, Hawa'Li County Code, is amended by adding new items the "Sout~i Hilo" category to read as follows: " Banyan Drive, both sides, beginning from the Naniloa Hotel driveway and extending in the the mauka direction for a distance of 130'." " _ Kawili Street, both sides, beginning from a point 30' Puna of Manono Street and extending in the Puna direction for a distance of 120'." '~ Kawili Street, Hamakua side, beginning from I a point 60' makai of Mililani Street and extending 90' in the makai direction." " Kawili Street, Puna side, beginning from a point 15' makai of Mililani Street and extending 90' in the makai direction." j Pauahi Street, Hamakua side, beginning from a point 340' makai of Kilauea Avenue and extending 80' in the makai direction." " Hualalai Street, Hamakua side, beginning from a point 80' makai of Ululani Street and extending 80' in the makai direction." " _ Hualalai Street, Puna side, beginning from a point 30' makai of Ululani Street and extending 80' in the makai direction." " _ Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, beginning from Kekaulike Street and extending 90' in the mauka direction." " _ Waianuenue Avenue, Puna side, beginning from a point 60' makai of Kinoole Street and extending 80' in the makai direction." " Lanikaula Street, Puna side, beginning from a point 130' mauka of Kapiolani Street and extending 100' in the mauka direction." " _ Lanikaula Street, Hamakua side, beginning from a point 350' mauka of Kapiolani Street, and extending 130' in the mauka direction." " _ Fronting the Hilo Bus Terminal Bldg. at Mooheau Park for a distance of 80'." SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
