ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, ARTICLE 3, SECTION 4,
All COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
PARK DEDICATION CODE.
IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 17, Article 3, Section 4, relating
the effective date of the Park Dedication Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 4. Effective Date
Thie; ordinance shall take effect as of
[January 1, 1976] June 30, 1976."
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 158 is hereby repealed.
SECTION .t. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored
When incorporating this Ordinance
into the Hawaii County Code, the incorporator need not include
brackets, the bracketed material, or the underscoring.
