RDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER. 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 8,
ION 5, SCHEDULE 3 (SPEED LIMITS), HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
MENDED.
T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 3 of Chapter 6, Article 8,
ion 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
her amended by the following item under the 25 miles
hour category:
"9. Mamane Street from Plumeria Road intersection
to Ohia Street."
SECTION 2. Schedule 3 of Chapter 6, Article 8,
ion 5, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby
her amended by the addition of the following item under
35 miles per hour category:
"_ The Honokaa-Waipio Road, from Nienie Bridge
to Plumeria Road intersection."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
oval.

This ill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 8, Section 5,
Schedule 3 (Speed Limits), Hawaii County Code, as amended, relating
to speed limits on Mamane Street and Honokaa-Waipio Road.
