Request for and Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 98-50, as Amended
Relating to Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July
1, 1998 to June 30, 1999
The referenced bill was for the purpose of installing a permanent telephone transmission
cable at West Hawaii Landfill at Pu'uanahulu. The telephone situation has not been
remedied, but the bill is now obsolete and it will be necessary to obtain new quotations to
determine the cost of installing the transmission cable. At this time we request that the
referenced bill be filed. A new bill will be submitted at the time we are ready to proceed
with construction.
