SECTION ]. Ordinnace No. ]68, adapting and amendin}_> the Hawaii County G.ode
by adding Chapter 18, is further amended hy:

h. Amend Section L 2: Add subsections fn) "stockpiling" and
(p) "T.and Surveyor" under Section 1.:'. Defini.ttons to read:
(o) "Stockpiling" shall mean the temporary storage of soil,
sand, travel, rock, or other similar material. in excess
of 5O0 cubic yards upon any premises for the nurpose of
usinn_ the material. as fill material. at some future time.
(p) "].and Surveyor" shall mean a person duly registered
as a nrofessiona] land surveyor in the State of Hawaii.
c. Amend Section 1.3: Add title "Section 1.3. Hazardous Conditions"
following Section 1.?_(n), as amended by "h" above.
SECTION ?. This ordinance shall. take effect upon its approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 168, RELATING TO EXCAVATION, FILLS,
GRADING, GRUBBING, STOCKPILING AND EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.
This Hill amends Ordinance No. 168, relating to excavation, fills,
grading, grubbing, ~;tockpiling and erosion and sedimentation control.
