BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1., Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 16, Section 3, Hawaii County Code 1975, is amended by the deletion of the following items under the "South Hilo" category: ~~ Kawili Street, both sides, beginning from a point 3C1' Puna of Manono Street and extending in the Pima direction for a distance of 120'." "~ Kawili Street, Hamakua side, beginning from a paint 60' makai of Mililani Street and extending 90' in the makai direction." "_~_ Kawili Street, Puna side, beginning from a paint 15' makai of Mililani Street and extending 90' in the makai direction." SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
