BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF ITAWAII: SECTION :L. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6, Article 8, Section 5, Hawaii County Code, is hereby further amended by the addition of the follow:Lng new items under the THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR category, to :read as follows: "25. On Route 11 (Mamalahoa Highway) from a point approximately 2/10 of a mile on the Naalehu side of the 67 mile post (66,8) toward Pahala to a point approximately 2/10 of .a mile on the Naalehu side of the 63 mile post (63.2)." SECTION 2. Schedule 5 of Chapter 6, Article 8, Section S, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by repealing Item 1 and rewordirng Item 6 under the FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR category, to read as follows: "6. On Route li (Mamalahoa Highway and Hawaii Belt Road) from a point approximately 2/10 of a mile on the Naalehu :side of the 63 mile post toward Pahala i:o a point 1,200 feet on the Hilo side of the Honuapo Landing Road." SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval. Hilo, Hawaii.
