ORDINANCE NO. ,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12, Section 8 of Article 15, Chapter 6,
Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following items
under "SOUTH HILO":
"102. Waianuenue Avenue, Puna Side, from Kapiolani
Street for a distance of 100' in the makai direction,
"103. Waianuenue Avenue, Puna Side, from Kapiolani
Street for a distance o:E 120' in the mauka direction,
"104. Haili Street, Hamakua Side, from Kapiolani
Street for a distance of 85' in the mauka direction.
"105, Haili Street, Puna Side, from Kapiolani Street
for a distance of 110' :in the makai direction.
"106, Haili Street, Puna Side, from Kapiolani Street
for a distance of 100' :in the mauka direction.
"107e Kilauea Avenue, Mauka Side, from Kawailani
Street for a distance of 100' in the Puna direction.
"108. Kamehameha Avenue, Mauka Side, from Ponahawai
Street :Eor a distance of 150' in the Puna direction.
"109. Kamehameha Avenue, Mauka Side, from Ponahawai
Street for a distance of 160' in the Hamakua direction."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (9'raffic Code), Article 15, Hawaii
County Code, as amended, relating to no parking zones on streets in
the City of Hilo.
Date Introduced: April 1, 1976
