AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
SECTION 8 (NO PARKING ZONES), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12cP Chapter 6, Article 15, Section
8(B), Hawaii County Code, is amended by adding the following
item under "I{ONA":
"15. Both sides of Kakina Lane, Kailua-Kona."
SECTION 2. Schedule 12 of Chapter 6, Article 15, Section 8,
Hawaii County Code, is amended by amending the following items
under "KONA":
"1. On the makai side of Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona,
between Kailua Bay Wharf and Hualalai Road."
"4, On the mauka side of Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona
between Kailua Bay Wharf and Hualalai Road, except for those
marked stalls in the vicinities of the Mokuaikaua Church
and the Kona Inn."
"10. Both sides of Sarona Road in Kailua-Kona."
SECTION 3. Ordinance 115 (adopted April 24, 1975), is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

(NO PARKING ZONES), HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15, Section 8
(No Parking Zones), Hawaii County Code, as amended, on streets in
Kailua-Kona.
Date Introduced: April 1, 1976
