ORDINANCE No. 213
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), ARTICLE 15,
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 12 (No Parking Zones), Section 8-B
Article l5, Chapter 6, Hawaii County Code, is amended to read
as follows:
"2. ALII DRIVE in Kailua-Kona. On the mauka side
from Hualalai Road southerly for a distance of 820 feet."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

The following is the action of the Hawaii County Council adopted at
its meeting held June 2, 1976 _
Approve and adopt Sill 228 on first
reading and refer back to Recreation and
` Transportation Committee.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE), P.RTICLE 15, HAWAII
COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED.
This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code), Article 15, Hawaii
County Code, as amended, by establishing a no parking zone on Alii
Drive in Kailua-Kona.
Date Introduced: June 2, 1976
Copies of the foregoing Bill, in full, are on file in the Office
of the County Clerk for use and examination by the public.

the meeting of the County Council on June 2, 1976, by the following
